Alright, let's see... I was born late-2000s so I can't really say I'm a 2000s kid, but I do consider myself to have been brought up with and by the internet. If it weren't for my exposure to the internet at a young age, I wouldn't be who I am now! I believe the first fandom I ever got into was Minecraft (mostly watching Ibxtoycat and parody videos) at age 7, though I did not own the game myself until age 11. I liked watching videos of people building bases and just mining; to my young brain, this was satifying and fun. After Minecraft came FNAF... ohhh boy. Upon entering the FNAF fandom around the age of 8 or 9 because of my younger brother, I immediately began watching Game Theory's videos and believed every word that man said like it was scripture. Thankfully, I was pulled out of his grasp when I watched his theory on the Lorax and saw some major plot-holes and mess-ups.
I was also into Fran Bow, Sally Face, Danganronpa, and more. My Danganronpa used to be one I didn't want to remember, but recently I've become comfortable with the subject again. Anyway, this unrestricted internet access has probably screwed me up somehow but I don't really care enough to think about that.
